What are our Home-school classes?
At the Natural Sciences Museum, we offer week day classes to children who do not go to traditional schools. Here you can learn all about the natural world from people passionate about science.
How does it work?
Every Monday morning we run multiple one-hour classes focused on natural history and science. The topic changes each week to keep the lessons engaging and exciting for children. All of our classes consist of a short lecture followed by a practical activity, a great way for children to learn and engage with topics.
Who is it for?
Home school class is a safe and calm environment for children to learn science. Our classes are much smaller than school classes, and therefore you get much more attention. Ages 5-14 are welcome to attend

There are limited spaces in our classes, so book online to ensure your place.
Sessions are £8 each.
5-7 years: 12:30–1:30pm
8-11 years: 11am-12pm
